Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
What are the creation and delivery timelines?
Each piece is handcrafted bead by bead in our atelier. Please allow 5 to 15 days for creation before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
- France: 5€ (2–4 business days after dispatch).
- Europe: 8€ (3–5 business days after dispatch).
- USA/Canada: 40€ (5–15 business days after dispatch.)
- International: 30€ (5–15 business days after dispatch).
Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalized creations, except in the event of an error on our part. Please contact us at contact@ornementatelier.com within 14 days of delivery.
Are customs duties applicable to my order?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by destination and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Why might my piece feature slight variations?
Each piece is handcrafted, making it truly one of a kind. Subtle variations are a natural part of the artisanal process, reflecting the authenticity and unique character of every creation.
How should I care for my Ornement Atelier accessories?
Faux Leather: Gently clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh products and excessive moisture.
Glass Beads: Handle with care to prevent scratches or damage. Silver-lined beads are particularly sensitive to moisture, which can gradually affect their finish and brilliance. Avoid storing your piece in a closed bag for extended periods.
Storage: Keep your creation in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from humidity.
Designed to be admired, even when not in use, your piece can also be displayed on a beautiful book or decorative tray as a signature object.
