Uniqueness & Craftsmanship

At Ornement Atelier, each piece is entirely handcrafted, bead by bead. Every case is unique and may feature slight variations due to its handmade nature. These characteristics are part of the authenticity and charm of our creations and are not considered defects.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted for bespoke or personalised creations, except in the event of an error on our part. In such cases, you have 14 days to return your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing a description of the issue and photographs. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or adjustment).
