2. Products

Each case is handcrafted and personalised. Minor variations from the product photographs may occur due to the handmade nature of our creations.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€). VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts).

Secure payment is processed through Shopify (credit cards and other available payment methods).

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations or modifications are possible within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

As each item is handcrafted, please allow an estimated 5–15 business days for production, plus shipping time.

The shipping carrier is responsible for delays or lost parcels during transit, subject to applicable law.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products.

Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the event of an error on our part or a damaged product. Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographs.

7. Legal Guarantees

Our products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).
