Handmade Production

Each case is handcrafted in our atelier, bead by bead. Please allow 5–15 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Times

• • France (mainland): 5€ (2–4 business days after dispatch).
  • Europe: 8€ (3–5 business days after dispatch).
  • USA/Canada: 40€ (5–15 business days after dispatch.)
  • International: 30€ (5–15 business days after dispatch).

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

🌍 Shipping from France (and Occasionally from Montréal, Canada)

Orders are primarily shipped from France. When we are in Montréal, some orders may be shipped from Canada, which may affect delivery times.

⚠️ Delays & Customs

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times. However, Ornement Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for any customs fees that may apply to international shipments.

Any applicable customs duties and taxes are not included.
