Cancellation policy

At Ornement Atelier, each piece is carefully crafted to order, with particular attention to detail and personalisation.

1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@ornementatelier.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may have entered the preparation process or production may have already begun. In such cases, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

Each cancellation request will be reviewed individually, and confirmation will be sent by email.

2. Personalised Orders

Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including pieces embroidered with individual initials, are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Accordingly, once production has begun, these orders generally cannot be cancelled, except where Ornement Atelier agrees otherwise or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with French consumer protection law.

This right must be exercised in accordance with the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

4. Production Times

All items are made to order. Our estimated production time is 5 to 15 business days before dispatch.

This production period does not automatically grant the right to cancel an order at any time. Cancellation eligibility depends on the nature of the item and the stage of production.
